The YMCA Early Learning Center provides full day infant, toddler, preschool and Pre-K programming.  Our curriculum and environment is based on The Creative Curriculum, Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services Child Care Licensing, The National Association for the Education of Young Children guidelines and Step Up to Quality guidelines. Teachers utilize The Creative Curriculum Assessment Tool and conduct parent/teacher conferences twice a year. The YMCA promotes Character Development values: Respect, Honesty, Caring and Responsibility.

We are located at the FCBDD Early Childhood and Family Center, 2879 Johnstown Road, Columbus, OH. 43219. We work collaboratively with FCBDD and offer 2-4 placements in each classroom for children who have special needs and qualify for services through FCBDD. We have 2 FCBDD itinerant teachers who support and coordinate services.  Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy,Vision, and Speech-Language services are provided to eligible children.
