The Early Childhood Learning Community (ECLC) is one of two early childhood program sites that operates in partnership with the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities.  This site is located at 4141 Rudy Road on the Northwest-side of Columbus.  The second site is located on the Northeast-side of Columbus. 

This location houses a unique partnership with the Child Development Council Head Start.  ECLC embraces many principles of nationally and internationally recognized early childhood programs and serves children 12 months-5 years of age.  Up to 250 children are enrolled in this dual agency partnership.  The agencies work in full collaboration in service to families and their children.  ECLC embraces partnership with the Columbus community.  ECLC is open from 8 am - 4pm; Monday-Friday with programs.  The programs operate 1/2 day classes and follow a school year calendar.
